Why We Built This Site
Kansas gives the public broad access to many court and county records, but Wabaunsee County records are not all held by one office. The Clerk of the District Court handles District Court case files, including criminal, civil, divorce, probate, juvenile, protection order, small claims, and many traffic matters. The County Clerk is the county Freedom of Information Officer for county agency records. The Sheriff manages the jail roster, active warrants, and law enforcement records. State agencies handle KDHE vital certificates, KDOR driver records, and KDOC prison custody records.

- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
